What we collect
When you join the founding community we collect your first name, email address, ZIP Code, whether you are joining as a Helpr or a Customer, any help categories you select, any description you provide, and the date and time you signed up.

- Evaluating potential launch locations
- Understanding which types of help people are interested in
- Sending occasional development and launch updates
How it is stored and shared
Signup information is stored in a private database that is not publicly readable and is accessible only to authorized Helpr administrators. We do not sell your information. We do not create an account or password for you when you join the list.
Emails
You may receive occasional emails about Helpr's development and launch. You can ask to be removed from the list at any time through the Contact page.
Changes
As Helpr moves from pre-launch toward launch, this policy will be updated to reflect the services actually offered at that time.
